My last pleading request to Lenovo for
any sort of answers to the imaging conundrum resulted in an Out-of-Office reply from our primary (read: only) support contact, which contained a number for emergency support, which took me to IBM (
not Lenovo) hardware support in
Brazil, who told me they were going to bill me for support because the
brand new machines are not under warranty.
